2023/2024 Supplmentary Form Procedure

I have the directive to inform all candidates who chose Ebonyi State University Abakaliki as their university of First Choice in the 2023/2024 UTME and scored 140 and above as well as possess required O'level credit for university admission, that the application form for supplementary admission is available now. Interested candidates should go to EBSU website (www.ebsu.edu.ng),and pay the sum of N10, 050.00 Supplementary fee. Click on Supplementary application, enter your Jamb Registration number and click login to generate payment invoice. Proceed to the bank and pay with the invoice generated or you can pay with your mobile devices such as ATM Cards, POS, bank transfer. After payment go back to EBSU portal and fill your application form

This is to inform all candidates who made Ebonyi State University (EBSU) as first choice and those that chose other Institutions but are willing to change to EBSU, who score 140 and above in 2023/2024 Unified Tertiary and Matriculation Examination (UTME) to visit our web site and fill our Post UTME form with full details of their credentials. The application starts from 24th August, 2023 and ends 14th September, 2023 Candidates are expected to pay non-refundable fee of N2,000.00 naira only for the Post UTME.

Ebonyi State University has lunched her online transcript application. EBSU Graduates can now apply and pay for their academic transcripts from the comfort of their homes. The implication is that no matter were you live, you don't need to travel or embark on any long distance journey or wait so long to get your transcript sent to the organization or institution of your choice anymore.
N/B: The University and the delivery company (E-JUSGLOBAL) will not be responsible for any loss or damange caused to anyone who patronise touts or imposters who claim to facilitate transcript applications

EBSU approves flexible fees payment for students
The Ebonyi State University has approved instalment school fees payment policy for students of the institution.
The policy is contained in an internal memorandum signed by the institution’s Registrar, Jeremiah Nwamgbo dated August 14, 2023.
According to the memo, the new policy which takes effect from the 2023/2024 academic session, would offer students the privilege to pay their fees in two instalments within a
session while actively participating in all academic activities of the University
It further explained that the measure is to encourage all students, especially the indigent ones to pursue their academic dreams without disruption while offering them the ease of fees payment.
The University, through the memo has directed the University Bursar, the Remit Desk and other units responsible for students fees to take note accordingly.
The Acting Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Eugene Nweke said the policy is to increase access to varsity education and end withdrawal of students resulting from inability to meet up with fees.
